Construction of two ground floor houses with swimming pool in Sellia, Rethymno

About project
On a plot of 644 sq.m., within the settlement of Sellion, Rethymno, we are building two new ground-floor houses with two swimming pools in their surrounding area. The two residences are built at different levels, so that there is visual contact with the view, as well as to offer the maximum possible privacy to the residents.
DESCRIPTION OF DWELLING FLOOR 1
The ground floor house of 1 area of 130 sq.m. is placed south of the plot. Through the landscaped municipal road, east of the property, we lead to the parking area east of the residence. From the same point, through a semi-outdoor landscaped area, the residence is entered. At the entrance we find the living areas (living room to the south and kitchen to the north), the w.c. both bedrooms in the south. Finally, to the north in the central part of the residence and in a functional position with the bedrooms, two patios are placed for lighting and ventilation of the main areas of the residence.
Vertical openings are placed all over the southern side of the building, so that the bedrooms and the living room open out into an outdoor landscaped area.
The exterior space of the residence is formed on two levels, with a height difference of 3 m. On the first level, a pergola is placed and functions as a rest area, and on the second level, the swimming pool of the residence is placed.
DESCRIPTION OF DWELLING FLOOR 2
The single-storey house 2 is located north of the plot and has an area of 70 sq.m. Through the landscaped municipal road, east of the property, we are led to a parking area north of the house. The entrance to the residence is made from the eastern side of the building, through an outdoor landscaped area. Inside, at the entrance, there are the daycare areas (living room to the south and kitchen to the north), on the south-west side of the building are the w.c. and the two bedrooms which open up to a semi-outdoor landscaped area. On the exterior of the residence, to the east, a pergola is placed for shading, which delimits a rest area and the swimming pool of the residence.
